請從以下擇一：穿戴拘束道具（手銬、腳銬、項圈、牽繩、指銬、口球、鼻勾、繩子等），或身著乳膠衣、馬甲、木乃伊、角色制服等裝扮(如學生、OL、女僕、空姐空少、護士醫生等）；符合以上資格之同好可攜帶一位友人優惠同行（人員不可重複）。
