【史萊姆巢穴】7/24 無式之縛｜自由結構工作坊

本活動以自由結構繩縛為核心，

不以傳統廓型或慣行作為起點，而是從繩子的張力判斷、人體的立體廓型以及結構的穩定與安全邏輯進行練習。

理解如何觀察身體的包覆與拘束、如何建立支撐路徑，

以及如何讓繩子在空間、肢體間形成有效的力量傳遞。

進入實作後，現場將開放為自由創作時間。

實作練習雙方溝通好繩手或受縛角色、受縛姿勢與個人界線後，

每一輪約五至十分鐘，繩手方可依自身理解進行構築，不需符合任何既定形式，

可以是片段、未完成、甚至刻意失敗的嘗試。

每一輪結束講師將逐一巡視，

針對個別作品進行微調與口頭討論，並提供具體的觀察筆記。

這些回饋不會是標準答案，而是指出張力是否有效、受力是否合理、結構是否穩定，

協助參與者建立自己的判斷系統。

此活動適合已有基礎、希望脫離固定套路的練習者，

還有正在接觸自縛、想深化安全與結構理解的人。

你將在這裡練習的不是繩路，而是一種觀看與建構的能力。

在自由之中，長出你自己的繩縛語言。

Slime Nest｜Free Structure Rope Lab

A workshop focused on free-structure rope practice. Rather than following fixed forms, we begin from the foundations: tension, body structure, stability, and safe support systems.

Participants will explore how rope wraps, supports, and transfers force through the body and space. After the introduction, the space opens into free experimentation.

Each round lasts around 5–10 minutes, and fragments, unfinished structures, and failed attempts are all welcome.

The focus is not creating a “perfect shape,” but developing your own understanding of structure, tension, and observation. Individual feedback and structural adjustments will be provided throughout the session.
